Delivery: Item will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 7-10 business days.

Return/Exchange: Item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. To place a return/exchange request, use the return/exchange link on our website or write to us on Whatsapp/Email.

Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 10 days after we receive the returned items. For COD orders, we will get in touch with you for your bank account details to credit the refund.

Will the print fade away with time?

If care instructions mentioned above are followed carefully, the print will stay intact.

What kind of packaging is used?

All glass drinkware is packed in cushion foam packaging moulded specifically for the product and further wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap.

Can I add gift wrapping and a personalised note for gifting?

Yes, you can mention gift wrapping and write your note in the 'Order Special Instructions' section in your cart. We will add a physical card with your note to the order.

Do I get Reward and Referral Points for my order?

Yes, you get Reward Points for every order equal to your order value. You can access your reward points in the Reward Section on the bottom left of our website, where you need to login with the same email you used to place the order. You can redeem your reward points on your next order for extra discount.

You can also refer our products to your friends using the referral link generated for you. Your friend gets a Rs 200/- discount on their order using your referral link and you also get a Rs 200 discount coupan which you can use on your next order.
